Apply a concrete-safe paint stripper
Let the stripper sit for the recommended time
Scrub the softened paint with a stiff-bristle brush
Rinse the surface with water
Repeat the stripper application if needed
Use a pressure washer for stubborn residue
Sand the remaining paint with a concrete grinder or sandpaper
Remove dust and debris after sanding
Wash the concrete with detergent and water
Let the concrete dry completely
Seal the concrete if needed after cleaning
