Soak feet in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes
Use a pumice stone or foot file gently on softened skin
Apply a foot scrub with mild exfoliation
Rinse and dry feet thoroughly
Moisturize with a thick foot cream or petroleum jelly
Put on cotton socks after moisturizing
Repeat exfoliation 1 to 2 times per week
Avoid cutting dead skin with blades or scissors
Stop if skin becomes red, sore, or bleeding
See a doctor if you have diabetes, poor circulation, or painful cracks
