Open Control Center
Tap the Focus button
Tap Do Not Disturb to turn it off
Open Settings
Tap Focus
Tap Do Not Disturb
Turn off Do Not Disturb
Remove any scheduled Do Not Disturb times in Focus settings
Check for Do Not Disturb in the Lock Screen and turn it off there if enabled
