Select the range of cells or the entire table
Go to the Data tab
Click Remove Duplicates
Select the columns to check for duplicates
Click OK
Review the results in the confirmation dialog
Use Conditional Formatting to highlight duplicates before removing them if needed
Use Advanced Filter to copy unique records to another location if needed
Use the UNIQUE function in Excel 365 or Excel 2021 if you want a dynamic list of unique values
