How To Remove Empty Rows In Excel?

Select the data range or the entire worksheet

Press Ctrl+G or F5

Click Special

Select Blanks

Click OK

Right-click any selected blank cell

Click Delete

Choose Entire row

Click OK

Or use the Filter option to show blank rows

Select the blank rows

Right-click and choose Delete Row

Or sort the data to move blank rows together

Select and delete the blank rows

Or use Find & Select > Go To Special > Blanks

Delete the selected blank rows

Save the workbook
