How To Remove Empty Rows In Excel?

Select the worksheet data range (or the entire sheet)

Go to Home > Find & Select > Go To Special

Select Blanks and click OK

Right-click any highlighted cell and choose Delete Rows

Choose Entire row and confirm

If prompted, ensure the correct table/range is selected before deleting

Alternatively: Select the range > Data > Filter

Filter the target columns to show (Blanks) and delete the visible rows

Clear the filter after deleting rows
