Open the Instagram app
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Password and security
Tap Saved login information
Turn off saved login info for Facebook
Go back to Accounts Center
Tap Accounts
Select your Facebook account
Tap Remove from Accounts Center
Confirm the removal
Log out of Instagram if needed
Log back in using your Instagram username and password
