Click any cell inside the table
Go to the Table Design tab
Select Convert to Range
Click Yes to confirm
To remove table formatting only, select the cells
Go to Home
Click Clear
Choose Clear Formats
To remove all table styling manually, select the table range
Go to Home
Open the Format as Table gallery
Choose None or a plain cell style if available
