Wash the clothing in the hottest water safe for the fabric
Check the stain before drying
Repeat the treatment if the stain remains
For delicate fabrics, use a mild stain remover and test on a hidden area first
For ballpoint ink, use alcohol-based products
For washable marker, rinse with cold water and detergent
For permanent ink, repeat alcohol treatment several times
Avoid using heat until the stain is completely gone
