Rinse the period pants in cold water until the water runs clear
Wash them by hand or in a washing machine on a gentle cycle
Use mild detergent
Do not use bleach or fabric softener
Wash with similar colors if machine washing
Use cold or lukewarm water
Air dry completely
Do not tumble dry unless the care label allows it
Do not iron unless the care label allows it
