Remove the laces and insoles
Brush off loose dirt and debris
Mix mild detergent with warm water
Hand wash the shoes with a soft brush or cloth
Scrub the soles and rubber parts gently
Rinse with clean water
Wash the laces separately
Clean the insoles with a damp cloth if needed
Stuff the shoes with paper towels to help them keep shape
Air dry the shoes at room temperature
Keep them away from direct heat or sunlight
Reinsert the insoles and laces once fully dry
