Open the Instagram app
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Accounts
Select the linked account you want to remove
Tap Remove from Accounts Center
Confirm the removal
If needed, go to Login info and remove saved login details
Log out of the removed account if it is still signed in
