Open Chrome
Click the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click Privacy and security
Click Site settings
Scroll down to Pop-ups and redirects
Select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects
Remove any sites from the Block list if needed
Restart Chrome if necessary
