Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter the Screen Time passcode
Turn off Content & Privacy Restrictions
To remove specific limits, tap Content Restrictions and adjust the settings
To remove app limits, tap App Limits and delete the limits
To remove communication limits, tap Communication Limits and change the settings
To remove downtime, tap Downtime and turn it off
To remove web restrictions, tap Content Restrictions and set Web Content to Unrestricted Access
To remove account changes restrictions, tap Content & Privacy Restrictions and allow Account Changes
If restrictions are set by Family Sharing, ask the family organizer to change them
If the iPhone is supervised by school or work, contact the administrator to remove them
If you forgot the Screen Time passcode, use Forgot Passcode? to reset it with your Apple ID if available
