You cannot directly delete a Google review unless you own the account that posted it
If the review violates Google policies, flag it for removal
Open Google Maps or Google Search
Find your business profile
Locate the review
Click the three dots next to the review
Select Report review
Choose the policy violation that applies
Submit the report
If you are the reviewer, sign in to the Google account that posted the review
Open your reviews in Google Maps or Google Search
Find the review you want to remove
Click the three dots
Select Delete review
If the review is on your own business profile, respond professionally instead of trying to remove it yourself
If the review is fake, gather evidence before reporting it
If the review contains hate speech, spam, harassment, or conflicts of interest, report it immediately
If Google does not remove it, contact Google Business Profile support
If needed, request legal removal for defamation or privacy violations
Monitor new reviews regularly
