Go to PlayStation Store on your PS5
Select your profile icon
Select Account Management
Select Transaction Management
Select Purchase History
Find the game you want to refund
Select Request Refund
Follow the on-screen steps to submit the request
Check your email/notifications for the refund status
If you can’t find “Request Refund,” open a browser and go to the PlayStation refund request page
Sign in with your PlayStation Network account
Submit the refund request for the specific purchase
Keep the receipt/purchase details handy (game name, date, and order info)
