Apply the cleaner with a soft cloth, rubbing along the grain
For light scratches, use a baking soda and water paste
Rub the paste gently along the grain with a soft cloth
Wipe clean and dry thoroughly
For deeper scratches, use a stainless steel scratch removal kit
Follow the kit instructions and work only along the grain
Use fine-grit abrasive pads only if recommended for stainless steel
Sand very lightly and evenly along the grain
Reclean and polish the surface after sanding
Test any product or method on a small hidden area first
Avoid steel wool, harsh abrasives, and circular scrubbing
Repeat the process as needed until the scratch is reduced
