Do not remove security clothes tags yourself
Return to the retailer or store where the item was purchased
Bring the receipt/order confirmation and the item to customer service
Ask staff to remove the tag using store tools at the counter
If the item was a gift, contact the retailer with the gift receipt or proof of purchase
If the tag is on a garment from a third-party seller, contact the seller for authorized removal
For online purchases, contact the retailer’s support and request tag removal instructions or a return/exchange
If the tag is damaged or you can’t remove it without breaking the garment, request a store-assisted removal or return
If you believe the tag wasn’t removed at checkout, return to the store immediately for correction
