Select any cell in the table
Go to the Table Design tab
Click Convert to Range
Click Yes to confirm
To remove table styling only, go to Table Design
In Table Styles, choose a different style or select None if available
To clear formatting from the range, select the cells
Go to Home
Click Clear
Select Clear Formats
