Enable the Analysis ToolPak
Go to File
Click Options
Click Add-ins
In the Manage box, select Excel Add-ins
Click Go
Check Analysis ToolPak
Click OK
Prepare your data with dependent and independent variables in separate columns
Go to the Data tab
Click Data Analysis
Select Regression
Click OK
Set the Input Y Range for the dependent variable
Set the Input X Range for the independent variable(s)
Check Labels if your ranges include headers
Choose an output location
Select output options if needed
Click OK
Review the regression output table
Check coefficients, p-values, R Square, and ANOVA results
Use the results to interpret the relationship between variables
