Open the Facebook app or website
Go to your profile or Page
Find the post you want to remove
Click or tap the three dots on the post
Select Delete
Confirm Delete
If the post is in a group, open the post in the group and repeat the same steps
If you only want to hide it from your timeline, select Hide from profile instead of Delete
If you want to remove a comment, open the comment and select Delete or Remove
If you want to delete multiple posts, go to Activity Log and remove them one by one
