Turn off the device immediately
Disconnect it from power
Remove the battery if possible
Do not press the screen
Do not shake the device
Wipe the exterior with a soft, lint-free cloth
Hold the device so water can drain out
Place the device in a dry, well-ventilated area
Use silica gel packets around the device
Leave it to dry for at least 24 to 48 hours
Do not use a hair dryer or heat source
Do not charge or power on the device until fully dry
Seek professional repair if moisture remains or the display is damaged
