Open the group chat
Tap the group name or info icon
Look for Leave Group, Exit Chat, or Remove Me
Confirm when prompted
If there is no leave option, mute the chat
Turn off notifications for the chat
Archive or hide the conversation if needed
Ask the group admin to remove you if required
