Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap Bluetooth
Tap the info icon next to your AirPods
Tap Name
Enter the new name
Tap Done
On Mac, open System Settings
Click Bluetooth
Click the info icon next to your AirPods
Click Name
Enter the new name
Press Return
On Windows or Android, rename AirPods through the Bluetooth device settings if supported
If the name does not change, disconnect and reconnect the AirPods
Make sure the AirPods are connected to the device you are renaming them on
