Turn off power to the dishwasher at the breaker
Shut off the water supply to the dishwasher
Remove the lower kick plate
Disconnect the water supply line
Disconnect the drain hose
Disconnect the electrical wiring
Remove the mounting screws securing the dishwasher to the countertop or cabinet
Lower the dishwasher feet if needed
Slide the old dishwasher out carefully
Measure the opening and compare it to the new dishwasher
Adjust the new dishwasher feet to fit the opening
Connect the electrical wiring to the new dishwasher
Connect the drain hose to the new dishwasher
Connect the water supply line to the new dishwasher
Slide the new dishwasher into place
Secure the dishwasher with mounting screws
Level the dishwasher
Turn on the water supply
Restore power at the breaker
Run a test cycle and check for leaks
Reinstall the kick plate
