Open the document in Microsoft Word
Press Ctrl + H
Type the word you want to find in the Find what box
Type the new word in the Replace with box
Click Find Next to review each instance
Click Replace to change one instance at a time
Click Replace All to change every instance in the document
Close the Find and Replace window when finished
