Open Discord and go to the server you want to report
Collect evidence such as screenshots, message links, user IDs, and server invite links
Right-click the message, user, or channel and copy the message link or user ID if needed
Go to the Discord Trust & Safety report form
Submit a report with the server invite link, relevant message links, user IDs, and a clear description of the issue
Include any evidence files or screenshots requested in the form
If the issue is urgent, use the in-app report option for the specific message or user first
Block or leave the server if needed while the report is reviewed
Follow up only through the email address used in the report if Discord requests more information
