Click the three-dot menu or More option
Select Report
Choose the reason that best matches the issue
If the IP leak is shown in the content, select a privacy-related or harmful content option if available
Add any requested details in the report form
Submit the report
If the leak is in a comment, report the comment directly
If the leak is in a live chat, report the message or use the live chat reporting option
If the leak involves your personal information, use YouTube’s privacy complaint process
Go to YouTube Help and search for privacy complaint
Fill out the privacy complaint form with the exact URL and timestamp
Include the IP address only if it is your own and it appears publicly in the content
Save screenshots and links as evidence
If there is immediate risk, contact local law enforcement or your internet provider
