Select Reset & Admin
Choose Reset TV to Factory Defaults
Enter the parental code if prompted
Confirm the reset
Wait for the TV to restart
Follow the on-screen setup steps
Reconnect Wi-Fi
Sign in to streaming apps again
Update the TV software if prompted
