Back up any important files from Google Drive and Downloads
Sign out of your Chromebook
Open Settings
Select Advanced
Select Reset settings
Choose Powerwash
Select Restart
Confirm by selecting Powerwash
Follow the on-screen setup after the Chromebook restarts
