Empty the water reservoir
Remove the water filter, if installed
Fill the reservoir with equal parts white vinegar and water
Place a large mug on the drip tray
Run a brew cycle without a K-Cup
Discard the hot liquid in the mug
Repeat the brew cycle until the reservoir is empty
Let the machine sit for 30 minutes
Rinse the reservoir thoroughly
Fill the reservoir with fresh water
Run multiple plain water brew cycles
Repeat until the vinegar smell is gone
Reinstall the water filter, if removed
