Empty the capsule container and drip tray
Fill the water tank with Nespresso descaling solution and water as directed on the bottle
Place a container under the coffee outlet
Turn on the machine
Enter descaling mode according to your machine model
Run the descaling solution through the machine
Let the machine sit for the recommended time if required
Empty and rinse the water tank thoroughly
Fill the tank with fresh water only
Run several rinse cycles until the tank is empty
Exit descaling mode
Wipe the machine dry and reassemble the parts
