Go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen instructions
Choose a trusted device or trusted phone number
Enter the verification code sent by Apple
Create a new password
Sign in again with the new password
If you cannot access your trusted device or phone number, use account recovery on iforgot.apple.com
If you know your current password, go to Settings, tap your name, tap Sign-In & Security, tap Change Password, and enter a new password
On Mac, open System Settings, click your name, click Sign-In & Security, click Change Password, and enter a new password
