Turn off the headphones
Charge the headphones if the battery is low
Put the headphones into pairing mode
Press and hold the power button and Bluetooth button together for 5 to 15 seconds
Press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons together for 5 to 15 seconds
Press and hold the power button for 10 to 30 seconds
Check the user manual for the exact reset button combination
Release the buttons when the indicator light flashes or changes color
Turn the headphones off and on again
Remove the headphones from your phone or device’s Bluetooth list
Pair the headphones again with your device
