Unplug the garage door opener from power
Wait 30 seconds
Plug the opener back in
Press and hold the Learn button on the motor unit until the LED turns off, usually about 6 to 10 seconds
Release the Learn button to erase remote controls and keypad codes
Reprogram each remote by pressing the Learn button once, then pressing the remote button you want to use
Reprogram the keypad by pressing the Learn button once, then entering the new PIN on the keypad and pressing Enter
If needed, reset the Wi-Fi settings through the myQ app or by following the model-specific Wi-Fi reset steps
Test the door opener with the remote, wall button, and keypad
If the opener still does not respond, repeat the reset process or check the model-specific manual
