Go to the EPFO Member e-Sewa portal
Click on “Forgot Password”
Enter your UAN and captcha
Click “Verify”
Enter your registered mobile number
Verify the OTP sent to your mobile
Set your new password
Confirm the new password
Submit the request
Log in again using your UAN and new password
