Unplug the washer from the power outlet
Wait 1 to 2 minutes
Plug the washer back in
Open and close the lid or door 6 times within 12 seconds
Press and hold the Start/Pause button for 5 seconds
Turn the cycle selector knob to the reset position if your model has one
Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds if your model has one
Run a Drain and Spin cycle
Cancel the current cycle by pressing Start/Pause or Cancel
Check the owner’s manual for the exact reset procedure for your GE model
