Back up your important files
Open Settings
Go to System
Select Recovery
Click Reset this PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Select Local reinstall or Cloud download
Follow the on-screen prompts
Confirm the reset
Wait for the PC to restart and complete the process
