Press the Home button on your Roku remote
Go to Settings
Select System
Select Advanced system settings
Select Factory reset
Choose Factory reset everything
Enter the on-screen code if prompted
Confirm the reset
Wait for the TV to restart and erase all settings
If the TV is frozen, locate the Reset button on the TV
Press and hold the Reset button for about 10 to 15 seconds
Release the button when the TV restarts
Set up the TV again after the reset is complete
