Turn the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine
Use the vehicle’s menu, buttons, or steering wheel controls to open the vehicle information or settings menu
Select the oil life, maintenance, or service menu
Choose the oil change reset or oil life reset option
Confirm the reset when prompted
Turn the ignition off
Start the engine and verify the oil change light or oil life indicator is cleared
