Go to the PlayStation sign-in page
Select “Trouble Signing In?” or “Forgot your password?”
Enter the email address linked to your PSN account
Check your email for the password reset message from PlayStation
Open the reset link in the email
Create a new password
Sign in to your PSN account with the new password
If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder
If needed, repeat the reset process or contact PlayStation Support
