Locate the setup button on the Ring camera
Press and hold the setup button for 10 to 20 seconds
Wait for the light to flash or the device to announce a reset
Release the button
Open the Ring app
Remove the camera from your device list if needed
Set up the camera again in the Ring app
Reconnect the camera to Wi-Fi
Test the camera after setup is complete
