Power off the phone
Press and hold the correct button combination for your model
Common combinations:
Volume Up + Power
Volume Up + Bixby + Power
Volume Up + Volume Down + Power
Release the buttons when the Samsung logo appears
Wait for the Recovery menu to appear
Use the Volume buttons to highlight Wipe data/factory reset
Press the Power button to select
Use the Volume buttons to highlight Factory data reset
Press the Power button to confirm
Wait for the reset to complete
Select Reboot system now
Press the Power button to restart the phone
