Press and hold the Side key and Volume Down key together
Tap Power off
Tap Power off again to confirm
If the screen is frozen, press and hold the Side key and Volume Down key for about 10–15 seconds until the device restarts or turns off
On some older Samsung phones, press and hold the Power key until the power menu appears, then tap Power off
If your phone has a removable battery, remove the back cover and battery after turning it off if needed
