Remove the batteries from the remote
Press and hold the Power button on the remote for 8–10 seconds
Reinsert the batteries
Replace the batteries with new ones if needed
Unplug the TV from power for 60 seconds
Plug the TV back in
Re-pair the remote by pointing it at the TV and holding Return and Play/Pause together for 3–5 seconds
Press and hold Back and Play/Pause together for 3–5 seconds if the first method does not work
Reset the TV settings if the remote still does not respond
Contact Samsung support if the remote remains unresponsive
