Turn off the washer
Unplug the washer from the power outlet
Wait 1 to 5 minutes
Plug the washer back in
Turn the washer on
Press and hold the Start/Pause button for 3 to 5 seconds
If needed, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds
If the washer has a reset option in the control panel, select it
Run a rinse and spin cycle to confirm it is working
If the issue remains, check the user manual for your model
