Locate the reset button on the back or bottom of the Verizon router
Keep the router powered on
Press and hold the reset button with a paperclip or pin
Hold it for about 10 to 15 seconds
Release the button when the lights start flashing or the router restarts
Wait for the router to fully reboot
Reconnect to the router using the default Wi-Fi name and password
Reconfigure any custom settings if needed
