Open the Phone app
Tap the menu or three dots
Go to Settings
Tap Voicemail
Tap Voicemail settings or Advanced settings
Tap Change PIN, Reset PIN, or Voicemail password
Enter your current password if prompted
Enter a new voicemail password
Confirm the new password
Save the changes
If no reset option appears, call your carrier’s voicemail support line
If needed, contact your mobile carrier to reset the voicemail password for you
