Go to the Google Account recovery page
Enter your Gmail address or phone number
Click Next
Verify your identity using the requested method
Enter the verification code if prompted
Select a new password
Re-enter the new password to confirm
Click Save password
Sign in again with the new password on your devices
Update the password in any apps or services using your Google account
