Press and hold the Side key and Volume Down key at the same time
Tap Restart on the power menu
Tap Restart again to confirm
Wait for the phone to power off and restart
If the phone is frozen, press and hold the Side key and Volume Down key for about 10 to 15 seconds until it restarts
If needed, use the Settings app
Open Settings
Tap General management
Tap Reset
Tap Restart
Tap Restart again to confirm
