Press and hold the Power button on the TV or remote for about 5 to 10 seconds until the TV turns off and restarts
Unplug the TV from the power outlet
Wait 30 to 60 seconds
Plug the TV back in
Turn the TV on using the Power button or remote
If the TV is frozen, use the physical Power button on the TV instead of the remote
If the TV still does not restart, perform a factory reset from the TV settings
